Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sign Age, Inc., doing business as American Paintbrush Signs & Graphics (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information about the people who contact us, request a quote, or buy signs and graphics from us.

Information we collect

• Contact information you give us — your name, business name, phone number, email address, and mailing or installation address.
• Project information — what you asked us to quote, design, produce, or install, and the correspondence around it.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Website usage — pages visited and basic analytics, used to understand which parts of the site are useful.

How we use it

We use your information to quote and complete your project, to contact you about that work, to process payment, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and — where you have agreed to it — to ask you about your experience after a job is finished.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

We send a small number of text messages to customers who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted — typically a single message after a completed job asking whether you would be willing to share your experience, and at most one follow-up. We use Mondo as our review platform to send these messages.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party for any purpose.

Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are used solely to deliver the messages described above, and are disclosed only to our SMS platform provider and to telecommunications carriers to the extent strictly necessary to deliver those messages.

You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Full program details, including message frequency and rates, are in our SMS Terms.

Who else sees your information

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business — our review platform, payment processor, email and website hosts, and installers or subcontractors working on your project — and only with what they need to do that work. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep project and customer records for as long as we need them to support the work, honor warranties, and meet our accounting and legal obligations. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely so that we do not contact someone who has asked us not to.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing or calling us.
• Unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and post the revised version on this page.
